★Ethan PiltaverI returned to this facility after four years and was very disappointed with the experience. Two of the three batting cages were completely out of order, and the employee at the front counter simply stated, “It doesn’t work, sorry,” without offering any alternative or solution. The only functioning cage was limited to softballs. When we arrived, the facility was empty, so we proceeded to use the cages for underhand toss. Unfortunately, the staff member on duty appeared indifferent to customer satisfaction, which is a noticeable decline from the service I experienced here in the past. But I guess the 5 free credits I got were helpful! Overall, I’m extremely disappointed in the decline in both the equipment and customer service, and I will likely not return.
