Great facility but small. There are only two machine cages and usually you will have to rotate with others. Feels bad as a 30 yo new player just trying to get better for men's league when there are kids trying to hit as well. They definitely need more machines. Edit: After being a member for a year, I've changed this review to 5-stars. The availability of the cages has not been an issue long-term and the staff is super friendly

D-Bat Pueblo is hands down the best batting cage facility in town! First time here- wow what a rip-off. 2 batting cages with machines that are supposed to be 3 credits and rotate- not enforced. Then I pay $25 to have my son tag along with a friend. Tried to put that $25 towards a monthly membership and was denied. This was just my attempt to try and. Make it worthwhile so glad it was denied. The machines are in desperate need of calibration as they are kit accurate and barely made it over the plate most of the time. This place is overpriced - everything is around $40 an hour- and it seems to attract the “not so real baseball” mentality of attitude over substance. Definitely not enough machine cages and no enforcement of the rules. Great idea. Poorly managed. Boo!

We purchased a membership on grand opening day. Been there multiple times within the last 3 weeks, one time, it was closed for no reason. Another time, they said the whole building was without power, which was false. It hasn't been so great. If you have hours to wait for a pitching machine cage, great! But if you don't, expect to wait at least 45 mins-1 hour before the people in front of you are gassed before they decide to let you use the cage. But of course, they have regular cages with a tee that you can rent, while you wait (extra $$$). They need more pitching machine cages for the demand. Every cage is always empty except the pitching machine cages. I would advise to call beforehand to ask how long the wait is if you want a machine cage. They say to limit cage time to 3 cycles per person, but there isn't anyone who monitors that. Something needs to change. I understand it's new to Pueblo, and it's gonna be busy, but we shouldn't have to wait that long to use a cage. There are multiple parents complaining about wait times and lack of courtesy of batters, especially the groups of friends that all go together and just waste time taking dry cuts in the machine cages, constantly looking at their phones. Staff are nice and building is clean but that's about it. IMO, it's not worth the money to drive across town and have to sit and wait. Hope this helps the ones who are deciding on purchasing a membership.
