The staff was very accommodating and the facilities were extremely clean. We were able to get in, get a cage for team practice, and had a great experience..

very nice facility. I play in an adult baseball league and went to D-Bat to get a few swings in. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the high quality equipment. I went on a different occasion to have batting and throwing practice. the facilities can accommodate pretty much any baseball activity. The staff was also very accommodating and nice. they also have a nicely stocked store if you need any gear.

Secondary Follow up : if I could give this location zero star I would !! Message to the owners and newcoming beware of lack of professionalism and ownership Do not recommend!! Here it is: ( see intial review below) This is now our second attempt working with DBat Lake Mary, and unfortunately the same issues have happened again—making it clear this is a pattern, not a one-off mistake. I travel from Clearwater to the Orlando/Lake Mary area once per week on Saturdays to see my son. That means leaving around 4:00 a.m., coordinating schedules, planning ahead, and getting my child excited for the session. After hours of preparation, our lesson was canceled because the coach failed to block their schedule and chose to coach travel baseball instead. We were then casually asked to reschedule for Sunday—which simply isn’t an option given the travel and family logistics involved. Canceling last minute after clients have committed significant time, money, and effort is unprofessional and unacceptable. What made it worse was the complete lack of empathy and transparency. The cancellation came via a brief text, with no acknowledgment of the impact on our family or the inconvenience caused. The financial aspect is frustrating, but what’s more concerning is the clear message this sends: some clients are prioritized over others. We may be not be involved in travel baseball, but our time and money should be valued just the same. Unfortunately, it did not feel that way at all. After trying again a year later and experiencing the exact same issue, I cannot recommend DBat Lake Mary to families who need reliability, professionalism, and clear communication. There are better alternatives for those looking to be treated with respect and consistency. When a six year old says he never wants to go to DBat again and says “They don’t care about me” It breaks your heart Do Better DBAT, Ryan ( General Manager ) and Coaches First initial review: A Disheartening and Frustrating First Experience I’m compelled to share the disappointing experience my family had during what should have been an exciting milestone for my son. After countless calls and extensive research, I was thrilled to finally schedule his first private lesson to help him prepare for the upcoming season. My son is still learning the fundamentals, and I felt this opportunity would not only build his confidence but also introduce him to a structured, progressional training environment. Unfortunately, the entire process fell far short of expectations and left us deeply disheartened.

We had an awesome day at DBat. They were pretty busy, but everyone was awesome and was taking turns in the cages. This is the first time we have been here, but it won't be the last. Friendly staff, awesome loaners, didnt break the bank. We can't wait to come back.

This was my first time here, and it was pretty busy. But we were able to hit the ball a few times, which was very nice. You get a card, and you get credits some cages, 1 credit, others 2. It was a pretty nice deal. If everyone obeys the signs, it makes for a nice practice place.
