★★Julia WeaverDisorganized. The kids working at the front seemed more focused on chatting than making sure customers were having a good experience. The heat inside the batting cages was unbearable, and when we mentioned it, the receptionist claimed the AC was on, which clearly did not seem to be the case.
★Ronald TuckeyIf I could give zero stars I would. This was the most disorganized chaos! I reserved a cage, after 30 minutes of waiting we finally asked for our money back. The lady at the front was very unhelpful & acted like she was inconvenienced. Would NOT recommend this place!!
★Saylor Rigby LLCsId give this place a 0 if I could. A group of liars and cheaters. Made several attempts to end membership, including in person. Their online system didnt work, after they reffered me to it, stating it cant be done in person...redflag...finally after they charged me, Grant, sent an email with a link that worked. When asked for a refund based on the circumstances, they said no. He said it required 2 days notice, mind you I gave them a 10 day notice...at least...shady. The reason for cancellation, is that their equiptment hardly worked. And specifically, one day we waited an hour or more after notifying them it didnt work. We didnt even make a fusd then. Just tried to cancel. And couldnt. Grant lied and said it has never not worked. Its on camera! Lol. Just a shady business ran by a bunch of shady people. Do not, I repeat do not give this place business.
★★★★★Vicky LatorreI went to see my son practicing. I was impressed with how clean the place is. The young man at the entrance was very welcoming and nice. My son loves this place and now I understand why. There were only two more families. I don't know if it is because restrictions because COVID-19 or just because of the time we went. It was round 4pm. I would recommend this place.
