Powered by GoogleDo not have your kids birthday party here. I planned my son's birthday party here after booking it a month ago and getting little communication to schedule. A couple days before the party, I had reached out to the manager with a question and never heard back. When I called to ask, the person answered the phone "hello?" and didn't seem to have any idea what I was talking about. When we showed up, we were escorted to their conference room where there were boxes everywhere, including in front of a table to be used. I moved the boxes myself. There were no plates, cups, utensils, napkins, or decorations in the room. I asked and was told that we wouldn't need to bring our own. When I asked for some, the gentleman working the front desk gave me a stack of plates from their break room. I asked, again, for cups and utensils and stated that I was told they would be included. He said that he didn't know where they were and could go to the store and get some if need be. He returned a few minutes later with a box of cups and utensils and said "found it" and put it on the table in the room. We never received any napkins. When the pizza arrived, what was sent was 4 pepperoni pizzas and I specifically asked for half cheese and half pepperoni. I had to ask for waters for the kids. When we went to the area where the bating cages were, they were all being used and only after we arrived was a note put on one of them to reserve it for the party. I understand that they may not have birthday parties here often, but if you're going to advertise it on your website and offer it, maybe try a little harder.
the atmosphere and prices are great, however, there has to be a system for people to take turns specially during baseball season! Unfortunately, people don’t have common courtesy , they just keep hitting and the staff are just sitting at the front desk. Doesn’t seem worth it, but have no choice as there are no other options for indoor BP.
When I called to ask about availability the guy on the phone failed to mention that they are booked up for the next three days. He just said first come first served. That’s fine but it would have been nice to know since I drove all the way up there.
Let me start by saying this place is unbelievable gem. The Colorado Springs Senior softball group comes here on a regular basis. We all love this place and we look forward to coming here each and every week. The staff is very knowledgeable so if any of the machine machines have an issue, they are quick at fixing it. They don’t ever have a bunch of down machines or anything like that. they also have a great selection of supplies and equipment. And they have nice clean bathrooms if you ever have a need. Thanks so much for your hospitality. We look forward to coming again soon.
Machines are always broken and no one follows the proper etiquette 3 and out. Not worth a membership. Employees just sit there and don’t check in on people waiting. We can use another company to establish a better experience.
