Seeing how the refs in the sports are one sided especially against out of townerz. Awful experience. Refs are untrained and unfair. I'll be recording games from now on for reviews to show proof of the unfairness

Initially got a family plan for me and my wife and either we didn't get another pass for me or it was lost by accident. So we realize this we want to try to tell one of the women that works here at the front desk older woman with glasses and she immediately got an attitude. Didn't even offer when we first signed up to show us around her anything we were just expected to know where everything was. Then recently I just paid a small prorated amount for last month towards the end so I can get some showers because my pipes keep freezing during this time of the year it is not even close to being time when I paid last month and they're already trying to charge me again trying to say that I have to submit a written notice 30 days before the next billing cycle is due?! What kind of company literally can take out your money wirelessly essentially but then want you to write a physical copy to cancel a membership it's easier to cancel planet fitness and this is! But do they not understand people are disabled? Honestly after this weather is over with I'm permanently canceling my membership and I don't think I'm ever coming back.

The array of machines in the weight room is very limited, and the free weights are very disorganized. No one racks the dumbells with the weight marker facing up so it's hard to find the weight you want without searching through several. It's also very hot in the room and despite a few fans, running on the treadmill is not pleasant because you overheat easily. The area was also very dimly lit, and the benches did not have a mirror for you to watch your form in. Pros: the area was very clean and it was easy to wipe off equipment. The staff were very friendly. The locker rooms were very nice.

I call the cumberland YMCA this morning to see if we could get a day pass for me and my children to cover and use the pool facilities. I was told by a women on the phone that they no longer do day passes. I asked what the monthly fee would be and she immediately spit out 95.00....WOW this is for the community and you are trying to chase people off by over inflating the price over the phone WHEN CLEARLY THE MEMBERSHIP IS INCOME BASED! 45 dollars a month and 79 ANNUALLY FOR MY KIDS! SEE YA AT THE POOL!!!

Hello, this YMCA is the biggest game in town. It's open a 5am sharp and the staff are obviously morning people. I wish they would expand. The gym could easily be twice as big. They have modern equipment that seems to get looked after and are always getting the latest in equipment. I would like it if they would get a wide stance sit ups bench, a butterfly pec machine and a full on adjustable incline bench (see photos) the current equipment is no longer the recommended equipment or simply not there. The soda machine is modern but the selection is only coke. I drink Pepsi. At two dollars per swig of pop I'd think a better selection would be appropriate. Seriously.
