CU Science Discovery

CU Science Discovery is the University of Colorado Boulder's K-12 STEM education outreach program, running hands-on summer camps for grades K-8 plus classes for high school students. Camp topics include robotics, coding, biology, chemistry and environmental science, with experiments, field trips and project work. Camps are taught on campus by CU faculty, graduate and undergraduate scientists in small groups. Limited financial assistance is available through donations, grants and university support so cost is not a barrier.

They are teaching science in a enjoyable way by learning making various things. For older kids (7-9) camps are pretty much serious. The kids actually learn real science principles.
