My wife and I while vacationing on the Big Island were looking for a place to work out. We chose CrossFit Allstar in Waimea Hawaii. I have been in many different gyms over 40 years of lifting. Crossfit Allstar had everything I needed and more. The gym is by far the cleanest gym I have ever worked out at. The owner KC was very pleasant and she made our experience in her gym exceptional. KC really took a personal interest in our workout and gave us guidance in our CrossFit journey. She literally stayed by our side and made sure we did all the movements correctly and safely. Thank you KC and CrossFit Allstar for making our first Crossfit experience wonderful.

I had the privilege of dropping in to CF AllStar for a week during a work trip and it was absolutely incredible. I got the chance to work with coaches KC, Tehani, and Kayah and each one of them exemplified what the CF coaching standard should be. They took time to check in with everyone, help with mechanics and technique, and motivate during the workouts. I learned so much from each of them during the warm up that I could take back home with me. Outside of the staff, the community is warm and welcoming. Such a cool gym with good vibes and a warm, welcoming crew! Did two drop-ins during a trip and felt very welcomed, got some really good work outs in, and learned some valuable pointers on techniques that the coaches didn’t hesitate to give us the attention and did so. Everyone was friendly and supportive! I wish I could join the gym and keep working out with these guys. But I cannot wait to go back as our experience here became one of the cool highlights of our trip! I travel a lot and do a lot of drop-ins and these were my favorite of the ones I’ve experienced so far!
