Create ART! is a Longview art studio offering kids' summer art camps along with year-round classes, workshops and parties. Campers work across drawing, clay sculpture, watercolor and acrylic painting, oil pastels and tie-dye. Camps are grouped by age: a preschool camp, a themed K-3rd grade camp, and a 4th-9th grade camp focused on famous artists and their work. Daily hours are not stated.

We did fused glass pieces and the staff was very patient in explaining how to correctly cut and assemble the glass for our piece. The owner came to check and see how we were doing multiple times and was very open to answering our questions and helping us. We also went next door to get a quick treat at the bakery, which was owned by the same person as create art. The only problem was that they told us our piece would be done in 2 weeks and we would receive a call about it, however our pieces weren’t done for about 3-4 weeks. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable experience and I hope to go back and try one of their other options!(you can paint pottery or canvasses)
