The Coralville Recreation Center hosts the City of Coralville Parks & Recreation summer day camps for kids in kindergarten through 9th grade. SPARK day camp serves children who have completed kindergarten through those entering 6th grade (roughly ages 6-12); Trail Trekkers and Camp TEAM serve grades 6-9; and half-day enrichment and theatre camps are also offered.

Good competition, nice people all around including all the employees, and I like that the place provides for a similarly wide variety of athletic pursuits (swimming, table games, basketball, pickleball, tennis outside where CRC also abuts Morrison Park), with the same sort of intimate feel one expects from other old-style, similarly-sized rec centers like Robert A. Lee Rec Center in downtown IC and many a local YMCA outside of the IC/Coralville area.

The staff is nice and helpful. Locker room is spacious and has lockers for .25 if you don't have a lock. I wish hot tub was larger, but it is still nice to be able to soak for a bit after swim....just have to watch for it to be empty.
