Powered by GoogleMy daughter enjoyed horse camp. We signed up for a beginner 4 day camp over Thanksgiving break. My daughter was not comfortable swimming, so we opted out. This was her first time on a horse (She rode ponies a few times as a child at various faires/markets) so she was extremely sore after the first day. The owner was accommodating, realized my daughter preferred a slower horse, and swapped her to a milder, older horse, which we greatly appreciated. She made friends with other girls in the camp and enjoyed bringing home a horseshoe craft made with her group. Overall, it was a great experience. Reason I decided to deduct a star: The sign-up process was not entirely smooth. It requires following on FB, texting the owner, then coming down to location to pay and fill out forms (though these can be printed and filled out prior). I showed up on my lunch break only to be ignored a good 10-15 mins before she acknowledged me, then waiting another 30 mins as she finished the group she was training to hand off forms (I understand this last part is also on me for not having them filled out prior). She also was not very welcoming, nor was she very kind to my daughter or others in the group (as relayed by my daughter). Just not an overall friendly person, comes off rather abrasive, yells quite a bit. I have a sensitive daughter so this did not mesh well for her. However, she has younger instructors who help guide each group into smaller more manageable groups, and my daughter loved her instructor.
Coach is very rude and not kids friendly for my kid.. she even not say hi to my daughter. Not recommended at all to all indian and asian family.. this is my personal experience.
My daughter is enrolled in weekly horseback riding lessons here and we love it! I also love that there's a nice shady tree to sit under and watch the kids ride. Absolutely our favorite day of the week is lesson day. It's gorgeous out there in a convenient location.
The best experience for my children's.
Always so fun and an exceptional experience every time. My hubby and I go there together and we both love it.
