The Conservatory of Annie Moses, in downtown Columbia, hosts the Annie Moses Summer Music Festival, a multi-disciplinary summer music intensive founded by Juilliard-trained musicians. Rooted in a Christian mission, it offers tiered tracks from a Mini-Division introducing young children to music through a Woodshed intensive for serious young musicians refining technique via private lessons and performance coaching.

Powered by GoogleAn incredible place run by incredible people! Couldn't recommend this place enough for a moral education in the music arts!
This is a very unique place. I will start off by saying the teachers seem to do an excellent job. They are also extremely talented. The classes are very good, as well. The environment however, is not for everyone. The organization skills of the staff are also lacking. It took several months to hear how to sign up, and to receive a schedule. If I remember correctly, I received the schedule at 11 pm the night before classes began. I also learned (at that time), they prefer if a parent sits all day with the students. I'm not sure how that would work for most families, as the majority of parents either work, have multiple children, or don't want to sit in a small room on a folding chair, for 8 hours, while their child attends class. I have other children, and am a home educator, so it was not an option to sit all day and hang out with the students. This was also during Covid when the majority of businesses were requiring masks. This business wanted no part of social distancing, or mask wearing. Needless to say, we quickly realized we preferred a more traditional setting, and ended our time at AMC.
Fantastic group that teaches music, theory, song writing, etc. while espousing high moral values. The kids are amazing. The staff is beyond talented. Love our time here!
I love CoAM because of the nurturing environment in which my children are being fostered.
The Conservatory of Annie Moses is filled with brilliant teachers from the best music schools. They are the little-known secret of Middle Tennessee.
