Powered by GoogleFantastic club that is run and maintained by the members. Members are required to work 20 hours a year at the club, if you choose to part of the “fleet”, which allows you to check out a variety of boats, there is an additional 5 hours of work required. I found out about Concord because I was looking for a learn to sail class and they offered one. Now I’m considering joining.
Harbormaster Neil is absolutely fantastic. This lovely man went above and beyond to accommodate and assist in a true fools journey. If you are ever near the Farragut area do yourself a favor and give the club a call. You will forever be hooked on sailing and the Concord yacht club.
I was there to officiate a wedding. Nice views of the water, and we had good food and fellowship afterwards.
Nice place for a party, at least! Good view of the river. No idea about yachts.
You don't need a membership at the yacht club to launch your sailboat here, and they have an elaborate dock to make launching and retrieving sailboats easier. But on weekends when the lake is crowded with speedboats, their wake makes using the boat ramp a little challenging. Better have your fenders tied on before you approach the dock!
