Nonprofit arts council in Oneonta (since 1970) running a Summer Arts Program for kids ages 6-10 in its carriage-house studio behind the Wilber mansion. The visual-arts program runs Monday-Friday, about 9am-1pm across roughly nine weeks (expanding toward full-day), with weekly themes such as wildlife art, tie-dye and magical creatures. Scholarship funding is available for local children; no extended care is offered.
