★Corey DeameI would highly advise you to not send your child here for after school services. They advertise a 10 to 1 ratio of staff to students, but is consistently more like 20 or 30 to 1. No one person is superhuman enough to supervise that many children at once. The boiling over point for us happened just this Tuesday. Again, there was only one staff present with a room full of 20+ kids. Our son was ganged up on, and physically attacked, by two other boys. The surveillance video shows that they attacked him for 7 whole minutes without the staff member intervening once. There are points where both boys are on top of him and repeatedly punching him. At this point, a week later, the two boys are still not suspended (at least temporarily) from the program. Do not trust your precious children with this understaffed group.
