Everything was fine until our son got bored of sitting and just doing tasks on the computer and when we decided to part with them. We said that we wanted to suspend our subscription in the middle of the month and could not get the staff to tell us what we needed to do to cancel it. The staff themselves said that they could not do this and that we needed to call or write to Prakash, although they did not give us his phone number and email. They also misled us by saying that we could cancel the subscription through their app, which was impossible. After almost two weeks of personal conversations with employees, calls and emails to the official email, Prakash finally called back and said that he could not cancel our subscription from the next month, because he needed a lot of time for this and that it could not be done in a few days. It was necessary to notify at least 30 days in advance and that this is in the contract. A contract is a contract, but they did not cancel the subscription in the second month after they promised to do so. We had to monitor the expenses in the bank and find out that they continue to charge money from our account. Only after my letter with the attached receipt of the write-off, they deigned to cancel the subscription and did not even apologize. I think this is dishonest and unfair behavior.

Friendly staff, wonderful programs available (big fan of game nights), facility is clean & equipped with great set of technology, very reasonable price for the value. And of course the kiddo loves getting to interact with Minecraft & Roblox every week! We are very happy with Code Ninjas, just wish we had one closer to us.

Our kids come to Code Ninjas every week, for drop in, and for the Junior Program. They look forward to it every time. The Senseis are very helpful in getting the kids engaged in their session, and they are having fun while learning coding. Highly recommended!

My son is participating in a pilot junior coding program at Code Ninjas - Tulsa. This is for age group 5-7. I observed their 1st day and I am pleased with their ‘Code Sensei’ staff. Most notably the hands on approach to their activities, and the staff’s ability to maintain the children’s interest and wonder as they begin their coding journey! I highly recommend Code Ninjas - Tulsa and their STEM programs!
