Code Ninjas Mount Pleasant, at 624-I Long Point Road, runs week-long coding camps for kids ages 5-14 during school breaks. Camps are themed around robotics, Roblox, Minecraft, YouTube and game development, with campers building real projects while picking up computational thinking and problem-solving. Camps are half-day - AM sessions run 9:00 a.m. to noon and PM sessions 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. - and families can register for both to make a full day. The center also runs year-round CREATE (ages 7-14) and Code Ninjas JR (ages 5-7) programs.

Powered by GoogleMy 6 year old son was offered to play RoBlox by an employee at Code Ninjas during a birthday party. My son declined as he has been told he is never allowed to play that game. Please do better at protecting our children and not offer them a game that explicitly states minimum age of 13 & has a history of exposing children to sexual predators.
Excellent program for after school and camps. Extremely helpful staff are great. Nice facility and high quality equipment with many STEM options to keep kids busy, learning and having fun.
Code Ninja exceeded our expectations. My 11 year old daughter attended the 3D printing camp this week and absolutely loved it. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and makes everyone feel comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to help us with a problem we were having with our personal 3D printer at home by offering instructions for us to troubleshoot and then spending additional time one on one helping us. We are overly satisfied and will definitely be back! We’d recommend them to anyone!!
Going to code ninja is my sons highlight of the week! The sensei, Joey, is the perfect blend of calm and control. He is very knowledgable about coding and helpful in individually guiding each child through the learning process.
Both of my kids, 9 yo son and 7 yo daughter, love coming to Code Ninja. We tried out a class in the spring and seemed disorganized. When we tried again in the late summer it was completely different. Turns out Alin took over ownership and all is right again. My son comes two times a week and is in the Create program where he is learning coding. He is also part of the Tuesday Roblox club. My daughter is part of the Lego Robotics club. Joey is so kind, informative and caring. I am so glad I gave them another try and that I am able to support my kids interest in technology in a creative and problem solving way. Highly recommend.
