Can’t say enough great things about Code Ninjas South Philly! The sensei’s are inspiring, creative, and really helpful to my child during this coding journey. My child loves the create program here and has met other kids who share similar interests. Also they offer kids night out a few times throughout the year which includes food, fun, and games for the kiddos for 3 hours! If your child wants to learn how to code this is the BEST place to do it. You won't regret it!

My 9-year old has been an enthusiastic member of Code Ninjas South Philly since they opened in 2021. He absolutely loves it - it is his favorite place to be (second only to sitting in front of his gaming computer). During his time here, he has already learned so much about coding in Scratch and Java, and he has only scratched the surface - there is so much more for him to learn in the Create Program. He has attended one-day and week-long camps, including a very cool 3D modeling/animation camp he hasn't stopped talking about. What he learns there inspires him to explore other languages and technologies at home, like Python and 3D printing. The Senseis are wonderful, so great with the kids. Management are a pleasure to work with and talk to, they are so helpful and flexible to changing schedules and needs. I spend the hours my son is learning and having fun at the Dojo each week on my laptop in the lobby getting my own work done (wifi and coffee are free - bonus for parents!), but if I need to leave to run errands I can do that too, and trust he is in good hands. They offer other events periodically like Parents Night Out and an after-school program for kids attending local schools. I highly recommend any parent whose child has an interest in gaming, coding, engineering, and tech to check this place out, it is well worth it!
