Powered by GoogleOur school partnered with Code Ninjas to host an event and it was so much fun! Our students had a great time learning the coding software and creating a STEM build during their session. Sensei Danny and Sensei Alyssa were wonderful to communicate with and great with the students- teaching respect, providing personalized support to all of the participants, and ensuring everyone had a positive experience! Highly recommend Code Ninjas!
New management has revamped the program and gotten things on track! Very nice to see, clean space, plenty of space for parents to wait. I like the plugs, bringing a laptop to sneak in some work is a breeze and the wifi is perfect for siblings that use tablets.
Our son loves code ninjas! He has learned so much and we have done both virtual and in person camps. The sensei's are so patient with the kids and also fun! Thank you for providing such a quality program in our community. We also appreciate your attention to health and safety!
Well structured instructions to teach kids computer programming and basic software concepts. Keeps kids engaged and wanting to learn more with fun progressive learning levels. My son is now on his blue belt and he always looks forward to attending the classes to complete his next project. The staff is really great too!
My two boys, 12 and 13, just attended their first week of summer camp at Code Ninjas in Leawood, KS. They did the ROBOPRO day camp, which lasted for five days. It was a tremendous experience - the staff were very friendly, they answered all my many “dad questions,” and they went out of their way to answer my boys’ random questions... showing them things that they wouldn’t have had to do at the time. I was impressed with the quality of Code Ninjas and the concept of what they do. It’s family friendly and a great way for kids’ imaginations to be sparked in our modern world of technology. On the last day, the kids showed their parents the robots they had built (in a robot battle) and the apps they had developed. Now my boys can continue using these skills at home online, with some assistance. We drove three hours to get to the Leawood location and it was more than worth it. My boys now have new role models in the young teachers who taught them daily. Mitch, Jenny, and Evan are people I would be happy to have teaching my boys again and whom my boys now consider friends. We will happily make the three hour trip again for our boys to attend the promotional free month of drop-in classes. Upon leaving on the last day, my boys both said that they hated leaving, as they liked the coding and making new friends. Code Ninjas helped jump start an interest in my boys as I had hoped it would and it will continue to be a part of their education for the upcoming years. We hope to bring our kids friends with us next time. My only regret... that I didn’t get to attend a camp like this when I was a kid! Thanks Code Ninjas. 😊👍
