​I am extremely frustrated with the lack of integrity and customer service at Code Ninjas. ​First, I was promised a refund to my original payment method, which never arrived. When I followed up, the local staff directed me to contact their corporate office instead. I sent two separate emails to the corporate address provided, but both went completely unanswered—it felt like the email address was either unmonitored or intentionally ignored. ​To make matters worse, despite me explicitly telling them not to use that card anymore and requesting a cancellation of the service, they went ahead and charged me for the following month anyway. ​It is unacceptable to ignore a customer's direct request to stop billing while simultaneously failing to provide a promised refund. I would strongly advise parents to be very careful with their billing information here, as getting your money back or even getting a response from "corporate" seems nearly impossible

At Code Ninjas, children write code, and the program offers a game-based curriculum that transforms coding into an exciting adventure.. There are two coding program classes.. First class is for kids aged 5 to 7 years, which called Code Ninjas JR; where they learn to build a foundation of coding and problem-solving skills through a fun, hands-on and completely visual curriculum. Another class is for kids aged 7 to 14 years, where they learn to build their own video games and learn to code while having a blast building their own games. My 6-year-old grandson doesn’t even realize he’s learning; he’s too busy building games and solving puzzles. This makes the class feel less like another school subject and more like a fun project. I’ve noticed that learning to code becomes a game in itself for him.. Beyond coding, my grandson is also developing problem-solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. The atmosphere is friendly, and the instructors are patient and encouraging. It empowers my grandson to acquire tech skills and make new friends. For him, it’s an unforgettable and enjoyable learning experience.! And guess what? My mini-coder proudly shows off their creations.!
