Cobre Valley Youth Club is a nonprofit youth organization in Globe (formerly a Boys & Girls Club affiliate) that runs a full-day summer program, roughly June through late July, Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. Members receive breakfast, lunch, and snacks and take part in library programming, swim lessons, self-defense and self-esteem classes, Baile folklorico, hands-on STEM activities, and field trips. Scholarships are available to help families facing financial hardship.
