Professionals, great for all ages. Excellent community and team building. Strongly suggest if kiddos are into dance or gymnastics.

CNY is an amazing environment for the all-star cheer world and has been for decades. I cheered there in 1998 and now my daughter does. They take pride in communication, athlete progression, building great routines, and fostering respect and sisterhood. There is a place for every athlete and every level of commitment.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We moved to the area from Colorado in the summer of 2025 and have been blown away by our experience here. Everyone welcomed my daughter with open arms. The coaches have been incredible and the girls on her team were so accepting of her from day one. Not only is the environment amazing but the coaching here is next level. We came from a gym that felt like family to here not knowing anyone and couldn’t be happier that we did. Choosing CNY is the best decision we’ve made since my daughter started cheer 3 years ago. The progress she’s made in technique and skill level is unbelievable. I’m shocked at some of the other recent reviews saying the opposite experience as newcomers. We’ve experienced nothing but good things here being brand new. I will say that 99% of parents drop off their kids so it’s hard to meet more parents. But not a single person has ever been rude or made us feel like we don’t belong here.

New to the area, my daughter did two different groups and genuinely disappointed in how the owner, coaches and existing parents treated new comers at the facility. There groups also say one thing when you sign up and then change up during session to avoid extra cost on their end. Not at all a positive environment these other reviews claim to be.

Neat older gym offering a toddler time on Tuesday and Thursday mornings that doesn't require a membership to attend. Just a one time 8 dollar fee for an hour of fun for little ones. Best for mobile toddlers.
