We switched over here less than a year ago and we love it. Coach Matt and coach Scottie have been amazing! My daughter learned more in a month here than she did in 3 years at the other place. Staff is friendly and facilities are great. I love being able to watch her and there is good communication from staff on her progress. My daughter looks forward to going every week! We couldn’t be more thankful to have found Clemmons Gymnastics! Regarding a review written previously. The siblings brought in for trial class actually came during my daughter’s class. They were 25 minutes late yet staff still was extremely accommodating. I also personally observed the coaches giving extra one on one instruction to both kids. I’m not sure the purpose of the negative review as I know the staff would have been willing to hear and address any concerns. I would also consider a cartwheel and forward roll as basic beginner skills and only way to learn them is to actually practice them which is as what the class was for. Overall, my 6 year old loves it here and I would encourage anyone to try them out!

Very disappointed with our experience at Clemmons Gymnastics. After my daughter’s first recital, we believed the season had ended. Her instructor told us that if we wanted to continue, we should speak with the office staff at the recital. She informed me she wouldn’t even be clovers teacher since she is attending kindergarten this year. Since we did not intend to continue, we did not go to the office and assumed our participation was over. A month later, we discovered they were attempting to charge us for another month of tuition. When I explained the misunderstanding, I was told that despite what we had been told by the instructor, we were still responsible for providing a separate written notice to the office. The gym refused to make any exception and charged us anyway and added a $35 late penalty. ($135 when my daughter hasn’t attended since the recital.) What makes this especially frustrating is that families are already paying for tuition, recital expenses, AND even awards, yet there seems to be very little flexibility or understanding when a genuine misunderstanding occurs from their coaches given instruction. Parents should make sure they fully understand the year-round enrollment and withdrawal policies before signing up, because what seems like the end of a season may not actually end your financial obligation. There are plenty gymnastics companies in clemmons, do not waste your or your child’s time going to this one. You will be disappointed to say the least.

Clemmons Gymnastics has been great for my son, Ryker. He is D7 (12 - 13) NC champion for Still Rings, High Bar, and Pommell Horse. I would recommend this gym to everyone who has a child with a lot of energy! Great people in staff, great coaches.

We used to attend the homeschool program here which is a joke btw but we continued it because it was convenient for us until I overheard them talking poorly about my son (who has a disability btw), so we stopped coming right after that. We went to a different gymnastics program which is WAY better- they actually have certified gymnastics coaches instead of being cheap and having their family and or spouse teaching a class they aren’t even equipped to do. Recently we moved and considered coming back to Clemmons gymnastics because I always give second chances and they immediately proved my point as to why we left in the first place. We show up to the class, I was under the assumption she would let us try the class and pay a drop in fee instead of denying my daughter entry into the class due to not signing up yet. So she made me sign her up then and there without even explaining anything to me and then charged me not only an enrollment fee (that we previously paid) but also full tuition. When I reached out to ask about just charging me a drop in fee because we aren’t continuing here she refused and was very rude. My daughter literally waited around for help on things because the class ratio is like 1:10. Your child will not learn anything here. You can tell by the reviews too. You can tell these people are in this business for the money and do not care about customers at all. This place is honestly a joke and it’s a dump. Equipment is old and outdated. Go to a different gymnastics program like Old Town Gymnastics! They are veteran and family owned and have certified coaches and a nice facility. They don’t scam you for money either.

I’m so happy that my son started at Clemmons Gymnastics a year ago! From the very beginning, the coaches saw his potential and worked with him to develop his skills. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, he has progressed quickly and is now competing. The way they nurture and challenge the athletes is truly impressive. The staff is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in each child’s success. I highly recommend this gym to any parent looking for a place where their child can grow, improve, and feel encouraged every step of the way!
