Powered by GoogleI would give this place negative stars if I could. DO NOT book a birthday party!!! We booked our son’s 4th birthday party months in advance after being explicitly told in writing that we were reserving a PRIVATE 2-hour event. We paid $250 under the understanding that our family and invited guests would have private use of the space, just like we had experienced at previous birthday parties here. Instead, we arrived 10 minutes before the party to find the building packed with unrelated children and families during open play. Confused, we asked the owner what was going on and were informed that our “party” was actually just a tiny seating area with a table inside a crowded public play space. To be absolutely clear: we have emails directly from the owner stating our event would be private. When we showed her the emails, instead of acknowledging the obvious miscommunication, apologizing, or trying to work with us in any reasonable way, she became dismissive and acted like it was not her problem. There was zero accountability, zero empathy, and absolutely no effort to make the situation right for our family. Our four-year-old son and seven-year-old daughter were literally crying because the birthday party they had been excited about for months was suddenly not what had been promised. As parents, that was heartbreaking. I spent the rest of the day emotionally upset because all I wanted was for my little boy to have a perfect birthday party, and this entire situation completely overshadowed the day. What makes this even worse is that there were multiple ways this could have been handled professionally. The owner already knew the time slot was booked and could not simply replace our party with another one at the last second. She was already going to have to refund the money because the event we paid for was not what we received. A good business owner would have tried to compromise in some way — maybe a partial refund while still allowing us to hold the party, additional accommodations, literally anything showing some level of care for a family standing there shocked and scrambling 10 minutes before a child’s birthday party. Instead, the attitude we received was essentially: “Take the refund and leave, or pay full price and use the tiny public area anyway.” No compassion. No ownership. No customer service. The most frustrating part is that this entire issue could have been avoided with basic communication. The owner had months to inform us that policies had changed and that only specific 5–7 PM bookings were fully private. Had we been told that upfront, we NEVER would have booked this party package. I would never pay $250 for a small birthday table in the middle of public open play while random families occupy the space around us. Quite honestly, the only reason this business gets away with pricing and practices like this is because there are very few comparable indoor play options in the valley. In larger cities, places like Chuck E. Cheese charge a fraction of this price for birthday parties with actual structure and communication. Charging $250 for what we walked into was absolutely absurd. Our family will never return. This was one of the most disappointing and stressful customer service experiences we have ever had, especially because it involved our child’s birthday party.
Very thoughtful places activity areas with different toys. Seams like the focus was on quality toys and not a ton of random stuff. A „gym“ room, a little kids room, a restaurant/supermarket, a baby and dolls room and a construction area. All pretty decorated and clean. Just bring yourself a coffee and breadbox for the kids, there is an eating area but no fresh food/drinks to buy. Bright play are with lots of natural sunlight, but might get warm in there on a hot day.
My girls LOVE coming here. Only drop in I will bring them to. Parents night out is a huge win for both myself, wife, and kids. We all get to enjoy a few hrs of fun. Summer program is the best in the valley. Will continue to recommend to all my friends and coworkers!
Clarke's Cubs has been an amazing daycare! They do a lot of fun activities with the kids. My son loves going, he's always asking if it's daycare day 😊
We absolutely love Clarke’s Cubs!! We have attended a few birthday parties there including one for my 7 year olds. It’s a great space for birthdays, open play, child care, and to let the kids burn off energy on a rainy day. The owner Alexis is very personable and truly cares about the kids who come to play!
