More importantly, she made many great friends there on team, loves her coaches like a second family and grew physically, mentally and emotionally. She misses this gym terribly now. We had to move away recently but we plan to visit any time we come back to central Florida to do open gym and say hi to good people. Also, adults classes were very fun, cater for all levels and you can practice the skills you learn on any open gym session. If I can do it as a 47 year old then anyone can do it.
