Childway Art Space is a Marietta studio running process-art classes for children ages 1-5, where the emphasis is on open-ended, experimental making rather than a finished product, with a new theme each week. It also hosts birthday parties (two hours, up to 12 children). The business offers weekly classes and parties, not a summer camp program.

They catered the entire party to my daughter’s chosen theme “Sparkle Rainbow Unicorn.” It was such a fun space and the kids were engaged in all of the activities the entire time. It’s so nice to only have to bring snacks, drinks and cakes, and they do all of the rest! It’s also nice to have a private party where there aren’t other kids or adults there that aren’t known. I highly recommend Childway Art Space for your creative little one’s parties!

Where else could you tell a group of kids "go ahead, paint on the wall" or "sure, drip that paint all over the place". This unstructured creative play worked SO well–the kids loved it! Anna went above and beyond with our custom Bluey theme, making a Bluey house with glow in the dark paint, and even having stuffed animals the kids could "adopt". The space was cozy and private, and the moms appreciated being able to just sit and chat stress-free while the kids played. If you have a creative kiddo, I highly recommend Childway!

Anna has great communication and is gracious enough to allow you to pick your own theme for parties. She created such a “sweet” setup for our little girl and all the kids had a blast. I loved getting to see all of the personalities come alive in this creative space. She also takes care of all the decorations (and party favors if you choose) so all you have to bring is your cake and snacks. Makes it WELL worth it and gives parents the ability to relax. We will definitely be signing up for some classes now.

My daughter (4) had an incredible fairy themed birthday party which included amazing sensory play and creative art activities. All the kids had a blast, even with a more feminine theme: spray painting a fairy dress and painting on the walls, etc. There was no need for decor— everything (including reusable plates & balloons) were included with the cost. Highly recommend. One downside is it’s a small place— only 12 kids could be invited.
