Powered by Googlethis place and the Staff are very unorganized. I was scheduled for a tour and when I showed up 20 minutes early, I stood outside the lock doors for the entire 20 minutes before a teacher came out of The break room to go back in to work and saw me standing there. Katie, the director was in her office on the phone and when she came out, she did not greet me. She just walked over to the computer and started typing and was so confused as to why I was there because she had an interview scheduled at the same time. My tour was supposed to be at 11 o’clock and didn’t end up happening until 12 o’clock because she sat there rambling on with other teachers and college student students About who’s taking a break, What they need to do next so on so forth. So I just stood there in silence behind the desk, very uncomfortable. The place did not look nor smell clean sadly, the entire lobby smelled like urine.. And the “tour” That I got lasted about two minutes. She didn’t take me in any of the classrooms or even down the halls She just stood me in front of the window of the nearest classroom and talked about how important it was to them that they teach children about their emotions. As she saying all that I’m watching this teacher through the window, aggressively grab a little girl by her arm to drag her over to The rug for story time because she didn’t wanna go. Katie, the director is rude, Very unorganized. She knew that this was my first time ever even touring daycare’s or being open-minded to putting my child in a daycare And sadly, my first impression of her is that she’s a selfish person & My first impression of the place is that it is unsanitary, unorganized, and unkind:(
We love the staff that works here. Everyone from management to teachers are lovely here. I was very hesitant to send my child to daycare, but I am beyond glad that I did! These gals have had such a positive impact on my child’s growth and development. They are always so understanding and they care for my child as if he were their own. While there can be challenges with staffing at times, I do believe that Katie does her best to overcome the obstacles and is incredibly fair to all children and parents. All places of employment have troubles with staffing at times. I would highly recommend childtime to my friends and family. Again, we are beyond grateful for the care we have received over the past 3 years.
The teachers are great. Very friendly and my daughter loves it here!
Used to a great place when it was private. But it's gone downhill fast. Management is so bad that they can't even get enough teachers for the rooms they have, so expect FREQUENT times when they won't be able to watch your child. "We need volunteers to keep your child at home because we're short staffed" will be the #1 type of message you'll be receiving, usually the night before so you'll be using all your PTO on watching your kid on days they can't do it. The staff and teachers are great. It's just very poorly. Tried calling customer service and complained but they don't even take down names of people who called let alone their complaints.
We really couldn't be happier with the care our daughter is getting here! Every member of the staff is so caring, communication is fantastic, and our daughter so looks forward to coming in to see her teachers and friends every day. I would 100% recommend!
