The center is homey, the education/curriculum is solid, and the staff who do show up are great and truly care about the kids. However, the SEVERE staffing shortages as a whole that the center is experiencing are critically impacting our lives. Our child's schedule is completely thrown off since we are now rushing out the door to arrive within 30 minutes of the center opening to secure a spot. There are messages requesting people keep children home/pick-up early DAILY because of a lack of staff, and we have been turned away at the door more than once because there's no more space. We were made aware of staffing concerns when we enrolled only a few months back, but it has gotten significantly worse over the last 4-6 weeks, with several new staff members "walking out" before their shifts were over, and continuously being told there are "staff illnesses" when in fact there are just not enough staff at baseline for the number of children enrolled. The situation has gotten extremely out of hand and has created many issues for our family, between finding last-minute alternative childcare or having to miss work, which is unacceptable. Leadership is new to the center, but unresponsive altogether, as well as those in leadership outside of the center.

The teachers who show up are great, but they are few and far between. Families are asked almost daily to volunteer to keep their children home due to staffing issues. We have been turned away at the door on more than one occasion and it consistently adds stress to our day.

Staff really cares about the children

It is such a joke! At the end of last Oct, our family enrolled our baby and put a down payment to send him there starting from the middle of March. Nothing happens until they sent us an email yesterday saying that they cant take our baby and will refund us our deposit. It is a big shock to us, and I am very angry of that email. First, they didnt tell us right away but waited for 3 months to give us a notice that they couldnt take our baby; within one month, it is nearly impossible to find a daycare. Second, it really disturbs our lives because we have planned our lives with the daycare with works! We called them to know what happened. They said that a deposit and enrollment doesnt guarantee a spot. The hell!!! Ridiculous!!! They should know in advance before they started an enrollment, and then gave us such a short notice. They put us in a desperate situation that we shouldnt be. I wish to give them a 0 star instead of 1.
