If I could give this daycare 0 stars, I would. My experience has been extremely disappointing, which is why I ultimately decided to withdraw my son from the program. While there are a handful of staff members who care about the kids unfortunately they are the exception rather than the rule. My biggest concern was safety. I witnessed a few situations that raised serious red flags, and when I brought one of my concerns to the director’s attention, I was told I would receive a follow-up call. That call never came. Instead of addressing concerns directly, it often felt like issues were being left for staff members to handle when leadership should have been taking responsibility. As a parent trust and communication are essential!. When concerns about a child’s well being and safety are addressed they should be taken seriously and addressed in a timely manner . Sadly that was not my experience at child time . I do not recommend this daycare to families who are looking for strong leadership, accountability, and a safe environment for their children.

Fabulous day care. The director, Ashley is warm and inviting and shows care and concern for families. I provide speech therapy for children at the center and the teachers show interest in my work and ask questions so they can follow through with strategies to help children grow.

Child time is a fun, safe, great place to be for our children. I drop off my granddaughter Kensley at school there every day and she can’t wait to get there. That alone said something great about Childtime. The staff is very aware of surroundings for the children to make sure all is safe. I see caring, and I see smiles on the kids faces. The interaction between students and staff are nothing short of caring and kindness.

I can’t say enough good things about Childtime! From the moment we walked in, I felt completely at ease knowing my little one would be in a safe, caring, and engaging environment. The teachers are so patient, loving, and truly dedicated to helping each child learn and grow. My daughter absolutely lights up every morning when we arrive she enjoys the activities, loves her friends, and comes home happy, tired (in the best way!), and full of new things she learned. The communication from staff is amazing, and I always feel connected to her day through updates and photos. Childtime isn’t just a daycare; it feels like a second home for our family. I’m so grateful for the entire team and the love they pour into every child. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their child will be safe, supported, and truly cared for. 💛👶✨
