As a whole the daycare is great. My children have been going for a couple years now. My children have been very attached to certain teachers. Ms. Ashley & Ms. Julie to be exact. I am not at all happy that Ms. Julie was placed on administrative leave, if she does not return I know myself & other parents are pulling their children. Ms. Julie has been a rock in all of the changes my family has had and has always been there for us. I am very disappointed on how this is being handled. I do not like sending my children somewhere knowing everything is up in the air and having to explain to my kids where their teacher is. They do not understand what is going on and it makes it harder on me knowing they’re upset their teacher isn’t there.

The entire staff here is friendly, accomidating to our schedule and always have my child's safety as their top priority. My son knows all his teachers by name is so excited to see Ms. Ashley, Ms. Leah and Ms. Julie. They are all pillars in his life while my husband and I work 40+ hours a week. I don't know what we would do without them!

So happy I made the switch to Childtime in Amherst for my lil one. We haven’t had the best of luck with daycares and I finally feel my son is in the right place. He gets excited to go and loves his teachers miss Ana and miss cookie. 10/10 recommend!

My daughter is in the baby room and I couldn’t ask for more caring loving teachers to take care of my baby. Also Laura and Lisa are great and accommodating to all my needs
