Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis offers roughly 11 weeks of summer theatre camps for students in grades K–12. Programs span musical-theatre intensives, performance-based labs, world-premiere play-creation camps, and stagecraft camps in puppetry, prop, and scenic design, plus a five-week Triple Threat intensive for teens. This is our 4th or 5th season of plays and despite the kiddos getting bigger there is a great balance of "older" kid humor to go along with the whimsy of the story. The kids love to point out the cast and discuss what previous production they've seen the person in. The interactive activities are fun too. Please bring back ZipZap Moya, the kids havent stopped talking about it.

★★★★★J SWent to see Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas. It was my first time attending the theater. The performance was excellent. The actors were skilled and invested in their parts. The props and costumes were excellent and well made. The production itself was great fun and included some audience participation that fit in with the tone of the play. The theater itself is large and we'll cared for. All of the main areas are fully handicap accessible, and there is a variety of seating options for indivuduals who use wheelchairs. The location was easy to find, the inside of the building was easy to navigate, and there was plenty of street parking nearby for those who prefer not to use the parking garage.
