I was out touring for a facility for my grandson to attend when they relocate from Dallas to Houston in July. I stopped by one establishment that I will not mention and was treated as if I was trying to steal company secrets. I stopped by Children’s Learning Adventure and was totally blown away! I was directed to a simply amazing young lady, Sabrina, who was so exceptional in the way she assisted me. She was very customer centered, professional, knowledgeable and engaging. She gave me a tour that was an amazing adventure for me 😁. As someone who works in Management with a high volume of customers, I can appreciate employees like Sabrina and can only pray I get people like her on my team to represent our company. Great job all around! I definitely will recommend this Daycare and Preschool!

My son has been going to CLA for a month now && what a great experience it has been! Sabrina, the director, && the rest of the staff including his teacher, were so welcoming! Please do not send your child here! They are very unprofessional and DO NOT care about the children. This place does not send your child to any of the speciality classrooms that they have! This place is a facade!!! My niece has been hurt multiple times, one including a black eye. The new director Cheryl is the most condescending, inconsiderate, insensitive, insincere person I have ever met! Your child will be harmed with no explanation, and when they are tired of being child care providers don’t worry they will just put your kid out!!!

If looking for daycares, please don’t consider this one. The facility may look okay but it’s very unorganized and they don’t take care of your children. They truly don’t care. Starting from the front office, they are not welcoming and don’t greet when coming in. The classrooms are disorganized, and teachers are not friendly either. When it comes to reporting incidents, they are too lazy to write the reports, or to even inform the parents. Unfortunately I personally know some kids who had suffered severe bullying at this facility. They have been called racial slurs by other students and have even been chocked by other students! The lack of attention in this facility is unbelievable. Administration and teachers avoid taking accountability. They don’t even try to figure out what happened and of course nothing was done about the situations. Parents leave their kids here hoping their children are safe and well while they are working hard! Administration will definitely go out of their way to make unnecessary accusations towards parents but will not have that same energy when it comes to resolving and creating a safe environment for the kids. They will try to get back at you some way for advocating for your child. They don’t like that. They try to act like they care about your child but they don’t at all. That is so unfortunate because this facility has the capacity to be a nice place for children, but it’s not being managed well. I hope they either get their act together or this facility gets a better admin who can handle these situations better because Ms.Joy isn’t. Parents and children deserve a place where they care. This daycare does not have working cameras to keep an eye on staff and children either. Your children will not be safe here, stay away as much as possible if you truly care about your children’s wellbeing. Pay attention to these reviews!
