A wonderful community arts space. The Chestnut Center for the Arts offers a welcoming atmosphere, beautiful local artwork, and engaging events in a unique historic setting. It’s a great place to experience creativity, music, and culture in Marshfield.
Nice art gallery for public use, showing local and regional artists' work. Based in a former church, the building is worth a look too. It's also got rooms for art classes.
A very nice artsy place. The outdoor landscape is inviting. The Center has showcased events to the public to partake in viewing the talented artwork. It has attracted wedding events. Private classrooms .
The Chestnut Center is an outstanding asset to the Marshfield community in every way. They've done a fantastic job of turning this old church into a multi-use space to promote and support local arts and artists. I love coming here for the Downtown Friday Nights concert series, which features local and regional music of all genres. Central Wisconsin's longest running DIY music festival, Dangerfest, also has their home here. If you're a fan of the arts, you'll be a fan of this place.
