The floating sound bowl event was incredible. The care shown when arriving to getting settled in the water and throughout the practice. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating.

Challenge to Change hosted a summer camp for kids to learn about regulating their emotions through art, yoga, and literature. They got to be creative about their personal superhero sidekick, make feelings stones, create an i-spy tube for calming, and even get a signed copy of a superhero book. They got to personalized their tye-dye camp shirts and couldn't wait to go back each day. Needless to say, they will want to continue yoga with C2C! Highly recommend them for camps, shorter yoga themed events and birthday parties. The staff was supportive and had a strong presence, lots of helping hands.

Challenge to Change provides wonderful and powerful professional learning within the wellness space in education. The Personal Empowerment Course through the KCG method led by Dr. Liza Johnson opened up new possibilities for creating an impact in education, starting with ourselves.
