Powered by GoogleI have tried for months to resolve this matter privately, but after repeated attempts and multiple promises of a refund, I still have not received my money or any meaningful communication. In February, I registered both of my children for the Spring flag football season through El Paso Sports Youth 2025. I paid for registration, uniforms, and flags and received confirmation that my children were placed on the Northeast Tigers team. After registration, I received no information regarding practices, games, or team activities. I contacted the assigned coach, who responded briefly before becoming unreachable. After weeks of getting nowhere through phone calls, messages, emails, and Facebook Messenger, I drove to the fields in person to speak with someone running the league. Mr. Johnson informed me that the original coach had failed a background check and would not be coaching the team. I was then directed to another coach, Rudy, who told me he had never received a roster or information about the team. At that point it appeared there was no functioning team for my children to participate on. I returned to the fields again seeking answers and requesting a refund. During that visit, I was mistakenly told I was attempting to join the Summer League. I clarified that this issue involved the Spring season and provided screenshots and documentation showing my registration and prior attempts to resolve the issue. I was assured that someone would contact me and that the matter would be resolved. On May 7, Tara finally contacted me. I explained the situation and provided all requested information regarding my children and registration. She acknowledged the issue and informed me that I would be refunded for registration fees, uniforms, and flags. From May 7 through June 8, we communicated about the refund. On May 30, Tara stated that my refund was being processed the Wednesday after Memorial Day and that I should receive it within 2–5 business days depending on my financial institution. When the refund never arrived, I followed up multiple times. Tara indicated there may have been communication issues between our phones and sent screenshots showing responses that I never received. On June 8, she stated she was waiting for confirmation regarding my Apple Pay information. I immediately confirmed that the number she was texting was the same number associated with my Apple Pay account. Since then, I have continued reaching out on June 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15 regarding the status of my refund. I have received no response and no refund. What is most frustrating is that while this issue remains unresolved, the organization’s Facebook page continues posting regularly about games, playoffs, and Summer League registrations. I am not asking for anything beyond what was promised. My children never participated, there was no functioning team available for them, and I was told I would receive a refund. I simply want the organization to honor its commitment and provide the refund that was promised months ago. If anyone associated with El Paso Sports Youth 2025 can assist in resolving this matter, I would appreciate a response.El Paso Sports Youth 2025
Just go watch any team play and you'll see how poorly run this organization is.
A player for a long time. Best team , I had the best Coach (Miss you Much!). So much Fun! Cowboys Lead The Way!
