My daughter's birthday had to be rescheduled indoors due to inclement weather (which was costly) and they would not refund my money. I called 4 days prior, Did not get a call back, and called again 2 days before. Their policies are rigid and they are uncompromising. I have been a volunteer for this organization on multiple occasions, I sent my daughter to their preschool, and I have rented pavilions every summer in the past. They do not value their own customers. Horrible experience!
