Outstanding gym with great equipment, coaches and staff! My daughters were placed at the proper level based on their actual skills. After moving from another gym in town they quickly started progressing, having fun, and felt safer overall. We love it! They also have a great sports recovery session which has done wonders for my girls flexibility and posture!

Best gym in town my daughter’s have been to both gyms in town and CATS is hands down the best. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter’s coaches treat them as if they were their own. Awesome gym. My daughter used to attend the other gym in town, I’ll be polite and refrain from naming them. The previous gym was completely toxic and employed a head coach that played favorites to the point that my daughter went almost a full year with out her coach speaking to her. Now my daughter is flourishing at CATS and has even placed 1st in a regional event.
