Powered by GoogleWe held our son’s 5th birthday party here yesterday, Amazement/Pool combination. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by staff, were provided a room for our party and were assisted by our party helper to get things set up. She was friendly, polite, and immensely helpful throughout the entire party. The room was pre-setup with plenty of tables and chairs, cups, plates, napkins, and utensils. We didn’t have to put much thought or effort into anything, Cedarland made it a breeze for us. The guests had a blast at the Amazement center and the pool. The pool had two life guards on duty, and we had it to ourselves for our 1 hr time limit. It was fantastic! I’ve seen many mixed reviews on this place, but I personally, cannot agree with any negative posts. The amazement center, pool, bathrooms, changing rooms, and party room were all extremely well clean and maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We look forward to visiting again with our kids to get their energy out at the play center! Thanks again for making our sons birthday a huge success!
aMazement Center review- high energy, slides, different crawling levels, bounce house, arcade. With that said, bathrooms were disgusting. My family was there for about 3 hours and I don’t believe they were touched, wiped down, cleaned the whole time we were there. A lot of birthday parties, very tight quarters, highly understaffed, chaotic, no place for children under 3. They need a new building or need to renovate to add more space.
Reviewing the AMAZEment center; they do not take reservations so expect it to be extremely overcrowded. It is very dirty, disgusting even. The staff were not friendly or helpful. We made the most of our day, the slides, bounce house, and arcade were fun for older kids. This is not a place to bring toddlers.
I brought my son (16) and daughter (3) here today, thinking my son would enjoy the outdoor obstacle course and my daughter would enjoy the indoor park. Unfortunately, when we arrived we learned that the obstacle course has been closed for years and the indoor park was closed for a deep cleaning. To their credit, the obstacle course is not listed on their website and they did mention on the website that they would have the indoor gym closed for maintenance. Unfortunately for me, I didn't check their website before heading out. That was disappointing, but not the reason for the 3 star rating. I'm definitely glad they're doing a deep clean of their indoor play area. My daughter loves playing there and the indoor sand pit is very unique. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars is mostly because of the lack of maintenance the rest of their facilities seem to receive. Since we couldn't do our original plan, my son climbed the rock wall and hit the batting cages while my daughter and I played mini golf. The ball launchers in the batting cages are clearly meant to be automatic, but didn't actually stop when they're meant to and have to have an attendant to make them stop. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but worth noting. The mini golf course has a number of broken lights throughout, some pencil graffiti, and the water feature not only doesn't run, but isn't even filled. The barn with the water wheel has a broken door that I noticed some hornets hanging around, which creates concern that it has become a haven for them. It was all just a little disappointing. Their indoor play space is clearly the star of the show and very affordable, just check the website first! I'm very glad they're good with keeping that updated. I didn't get to check out the pool, so I have no information for that.
Review is from a summer birthday in 2019 - this is a great place for when things right themselves again! They work amazingly hard to make sure everyone has the best time. We actually were so impressed we called the next week and booked my sons birthday party for October that year and they did his as an indoor pool party. Seriously...wonderful place. ❤️
