Pools are gross, rules aren't inforced to the point I'd consider it a safety hazard. Kids under the age of 13 in the hot tub, when there's thousands of studies and articles on why that is dangerous. I don't care what your lying ai chat GPT says because so many doctors say otherwise and have seen why that's a safety hazard. Instead of striving to keep people safe the life guards give in to make people happy. I wouldn't be surprised if something awful happens with the amount of running by the pools, children jumping on others,ect. with no one doing anything about it. the life guards seem to busy giving dirty looks instead of enforcing the rules that have been the same and plastered on the walls for years. Absolutely sad.

Don't bother coming here if your child is under 12. They arent allowed to sit in the hot tub, Only their lower legs can go in, its there policy. Got harassed by the life guards about my son trying to sit with me, a bunch of kids were protesting with us because they wanted to warm up. The pool water is cold and the policy they're enforcing is factually incorrect. Only kids under the age of five have issues with regulating their body temperature in cold or hot water.I looked that up on google.I even asked chatgpt and I also showed the lifeguards, and they didn't care And they wouldn't give us a refund. the water in the hot tub wasn't even hot.I would say it was probably 99 degrees Maybe at the most. They act like kids don't know when they're too hot or too cold When it comes to getting in and out of water. I dont even want a refund now. I won't be removing this rating tell the policy is changed 5 or 6. 12 is ridiculous. My entire family are swimmers, and we've been swimming since we were just little babies, and that includes swimming in hot tubs.

How do you expect people to use your website if everything they click leads to a “this page cannot be found link” then I try to call your facility, to ask about when sign ups are and the lady working the front desk has no sense of comprehension skills! I asked Her to transfer me to the director of the aquatics center so I could get real information and still have not been called back. This was a week ago. No wonder the recenter is going down hill.

My brother was having a birthdays part for my niece and he was charged 100 for a party room thinking that included all the swimmers. When we showed up, they informed us it did not and we would have to pay $7 per person which is a good price. What they failed to mention is the pool closed at 6 and I had arrived at 4:30 for presents and cake. When we were getting ready go swimming they advised us they would be closing at 6. We asked if we could get a refund since we had not gone swimming. The older lady at the front desk told us we could not get a refund since we were back in the party room. I advised her the party room was paid for separate and she reused to still give a refund. I went back and talked to my brother who also informed me he had already covered everyone’s swimming so I my daughter and myself were double paid for. The reason for the one star is due to customers service. The facility itself is very nice I would just suggest getting details and making sure not to pay until you are sure as they will not inform you or refund you.

Came to a hockey tournament over the weekend. What a terrible organization, the refs and the rec center staff allowed this group of young adults to yell vulgar things all night. I’m not sure if it’s representative of the town, but I would not come back to this city, let alone this ice rink on account of them. Zero respect or dignity.
