I’ve really been enjoying my experience at Cascade Athletic Club. The gym is extremely clean, and it’s obvious the equipment is well cared for and maintained. Overall, it’s been a great environment to work out in. The only feedback I have is around the sauna area. I’ve noticed people wearing street clothes in the sauna and having full conversations, which takes away a bit from the intended experience. Some clearer guidelines or enforcement there might help. It would also be great if the gym could be open 24/7. I understand there are concerns with the pool and sauna access when the club is unstaffed. At my previous gym, members signed a waiver to access the facility during unstaffed hours. During those times, the pool and sauna entrances were locked and only accessible when staff were present. That system worked really well and still allowed members flexibility.

Facility is clean. Not too crowded. Machines in good shape. Only 1 channel on TV on elliptical machine is boring. Lots of icons on machine like Netflix that don’t work. Soap in shower doesn’t seem good; not sure if this is meant for both body and hair. Nice to have hair dryers in locker room but only blow very hot air. Would be good to have water fountain in pool area.

Haven’t even stepped foot in yet & already giving this place a 10/10! Called to inquire about a membership & just some general pricing/questions. All of the staff were very nice and pleasant over the phone. One thing that I really appreciated was there was no pressure at all. I even asked about when I could come in to tour the facility and it was very much “come at your own leisure” & no follow up questions trying to get my information or pressure me to come in. 🙌

Love going here with my family. Nate is so motivating and never seems let down when we skip a few days. The kids club is awesome. 2 of my 5 kids have aged out of it and are finally on the floor with us. The machines are in great shape and the place is always clean.

Really nice facility, clean and updated. My friend said for a family of 2 adults 1 child is $130/mo. They have a cool rock wall, a salt water pool, sauna, outdoor lap pool with a super fun splash pad! The snack shack is ok. The prices are steep... $4.50 for a small hotdog (definitely not encouraging eating that food and I'm surprised they don't offer more healthy snacks). Better than nothing, but they should allow outside food and drinks if they don't offer much at the snack shack. No towels are provided. Adult guests are $20 each for the splash pad / lap pool area. It closes promptly at 7pm. Indoors, they have child care available and all the classes you would want. Plus there's a little Café up front. We were members a long time ago, but now just come as my friend's guests since we live too far to make this work for us. We wish they'd have a facility between Battle Ground and Salmon Creek!
