Camp Yomi is the 92nd Street Y's flagship traditional day camp for children entering kindergarten through 4th grade, held on the Y's 100-acre Rockland County campgrounds in Orangeburg. Campers are bused out from the city for sports, studio and theater arts, field trips, and Edible Education covering gardening, composting and pollinators. The campus has three pools for instructional and recreational swim, a lake for boating, two baseball fields, a climbing tower, art and ceramics studios, a nature center and a technology center. The camp day runs 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

★★★★Dvir KoenigsteinThis is the campsite for Camp Yomi summer camp by 92y. Look up their website for a virtual tour of the facilities. While there are many shaded areas, some of the facilities are out in the open so being sun smart is advised. There is a large parking lot, a large pool, zip lines, kitchens, ceramics workshop, herb garden, softball field, playground, restrooms and more. Too bad they don't offer a "grownups" version of this camp because it definitely looks like a lot of fun.
