I’m sorry to have to write this, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. While the camp does have its good moments, there are a few areas that really need improvement. Sometimes the staff don’t seem fully aware of conflicts happening between campers, and I believe they should be more proactive in supervising and addressing bad behavior. Some situations could be avoided with stricter rules and clearer consequences. Unfortunately, I also encountered a few staff members who came across as rude, which made the environment less welcoming. I hope the camp takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a safer and more respectful space for everyone.

Very well maintained camp, we stayed at Crow. It was great that there was the availability of potable water at the camp site. Also added bonus of the availability of firewood. Great stay, October 2024.

I absolutely love camp Wanockset! Our troop goes there for summer camp. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It is large and ple ty of walking. 1 mile from Mt. Monadnock st park. Climb the mountain for spectacular views! Did I mention it is a boy scout camp?
