Camp Wabashi is a Christian overnight youth camp on 80 acres about eight miles south of Terre Haute and has been operating for more than 50 years. Sessions run a full week: campers check in Sunday between 3 and 5 p.m. and check out Saturday between 9 and 10 a.m., sleeping in three boys' cabins and four girls' cabins. Separate camp weeks are offered for children ages 8-11 and youth ages 11-14, and a bunk must be reserved by submitting an application in advance. The grounds include a lodge, medical building, outdoor chapel, a lake, hiking trails, softball and soccer fields, and basketball and volleyball courts.

I've been going to Camp Wabashi since I was a child. Now my kids are attending and they look forward to it every spring, summer, and fall. It is the best Christian Camp in the Wabash valley.
