Camp Twin Lakes is a nonprofit that provides fully accessible, medically supported camp experiences for children facing serious illnesses, disabilities, and other life challenges, with its original campus in Rutledge about 50 miles east of Atlanta. Through summer and weekend programs, campers take part in adapted activities such as swimming, a challenge course, zip line, fishing, and horseback riding, often partnering with disease- and diagnosis-specific organizations.
