Powered by GoogleThis place was the setting for the movie Happy Campers, starring Brad Renfro, Dominique Swain, and Justin Long. Who knew that? Filming took place in 1999.
We attended a wedding here on the weekend and it was a blast! Ziplining, blobbing, basketball, campfire, S'mores, paddle boarding, and swimming were just some of the fun! There is plenty of space for lots of people and a variety of spaces to use for different events. The lake and scenery are beautiful. There is a surprising lack of bugs. I was worried about mosquitoes, because I normally get eaten alive, but I only saw one the whole weekend.
Best Camp ever have been sending my daughter for five summers now, and she loves it! She wants to be a CIT then a counselor! We love you, TAW!
Our 13 year old daughter had an amazing time at Camp Ton-A-Wondah last summer. She attended with a friend, and made many more friends during her 3 week stay. Thank you for providing so many enriching activities for girls to explore and engage in, and experience a real summer screen-free. The epic lake with splash pad and swings sounds like it was a favorite hang out.
We had an amazing wedding weekend here! Most of our guests stayed on-site in the cabins, and grownups and kids alike enjoyed swimming, blobbing, basketball, campfires, yoga, and more. The outdoor chapel is gorgeous, and the dining hall cleans up great for a rustic-yet-romantic reception. Kim, the director, was super responsive during the planning process, and Brad, the maintenance guy, was a wonderful help during the weekend. All of our guests are asking when they can go back to "camp" -- wish we could do it all over again!
