I wish I was there more than any were in the world right now

Camp Tecumseh has been one of the greatest gifts to our family. Brings back connection to nature and sports for a young man to thrive! There are no electronics allowed and that’s what makes it even better. I encourage you not to read the low star reviews, this camp is not for a fluffy pillow, this is for a young boy to become a man and challenge himself to make connections independently and grow within himself without the push of social media and the phone! To dig deep and explore and make life long friends. CT FOREVER. My camper is on year 8.

The bathroom stalls have no locks. They pee in the woods. Their animals at meals. Never sending my son there again. Try Camp Pemi in NH.

I was a camper in the early 90s - older ones abused the younger kids, the staff allowed it or didn't care- be men, walk naked, that was the mentality. Hope Roe and company cleaned up their acts in the last 30 years or sold it to responsible owners. The real shame of it was, it's a beautiful campground with excellent activites. And there were some great counselors who stood up to the nonsense. For those folks, I am grateful.

I've had the pleasure of spending 8 weeks of my summer at camp for the past 5 years. There wasn't a moment that I didn't love it. This is truly a special place with timeless traditions. On the last day of camp I begin to countdown the days until my return. "Love Camp".
