Residential (overnight) summer camp for children ages 5-18 with diabetes, located on FM 678 near Whitesboro. Run by the Southwestern Diabetic Foundation since 1947, its 18-day sessions teach diabetes self-management alongside traditional camp activities and build a year-round peer-support network. One of the largest diabetes-education camps in the world, serving over 1,000 children each summer; financial aid is available.
