Camp Stomping Ground is now like a second home for my kids. All three of my kids have gone here for the past 3-4 summers and they absolutely love it. No electronics and they are free to just be kids. Encouraged to just be themselves and get creative and goofy. Everyone who works here, is just so kind and the passion for what they do shines through. Incredible group of people with a wonderful mission.

My daughter started going here two summers ago, when she heard about it from friends at school. It was hard to let a 6-year-old go to sleep-away camp, but I’m so glad I did. She has had such connective, empowering experiences there and the camp staff are incredibly communicative and supportive. She looks forward to going back each year, and I look forward to it, too! I really appreciate how Stomping Ground is committed to making sure kids from all economic backgrounds can go to summer camp. I hope my kids will go until they’re too old (and then I kinda hope they work there as counselors).
