Camp Arantzazu is clean, staffed with friendly people, has a great team lead, is well managed, and fun, in a word exceptional. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

We had a wonderful and relaxing family weekend at Camp Arazuzu! This camp is full of life, purpose, and truly great people. Our son is one of the activity leaders, and we had the chance to meet with not only him, but many of the other leaders and the camp director—every single person we encountered was kind, helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. A special highlight was meeting Ted, who stood out as a warm and knowledgeable guide, especially when it came to kayaking and navigating the water activities. His passion really showed and made our time on the lake even better. Our family got to enjoy a wide variety of fun activities together: tie-dyeing shirts, sailing, kayaking, archery, basketball, foosball, ping pong—you name it. Other families enjoyed fishing and even explored some of the local restaurants nearby, which added to the experience. This camp is a special place—uplifting, well-organized, and full of heart. We’re grateful for the memories and look forward to returning!

Gorgeous camp on Copano Bay near Rockport. My child went to camp Easy Breathers there. The medical team was top notch. The counselors and cabin buddies made him feel at ease as it was his first time away from home. They were extra attentive about any allergies and medications needed since this was a camp week for kids with asthma. The activities included pond and bay fishing, archery, swimming, sailing, a marshmallow paintball fight, a “fake” campfire due to smoke for the asthma kids and nightly activities. The buildings and cabins were so nice and what I saw of the grounds were gorgeous. Can’t thank Camp Aranzazu enough for this great experience!!

Came here for Camp Shield She Thrives Retreat. It was a beautiful view and great facility with staff members, events, and seeing animals all over.
