★Amanda RazzThis event was a horrible first time experience for myself and our family. We were a group of 4 adults and 10 child over 5 with 2 under 5. We prepaid online and bought the 2 of the $70 hot air balloon tickets. We were told online this ticket helped you to pass the long line and jump in front. When we arrived we were told that was a waste of our money as you do not allow skipping to front and that they were 90 and 91st in line. Seriously! For that I could have paid the $50 and been done! Then because they were so far back and the wind issues they never even got to ride! We ask for a something to be done and was told I’m shot out luck. That’s crazy! I paid $140 when I could have and should have only paid a total of $50 for the ride they didn’t even get to experience. The people working the event were very rude and unhelpful.
★★★★★Lori AnnGreat for kids and family. Lots of Christmas lights and activities such as mini golf, skating, etc. Caroling on certain nights. Be sure to bring plenty of cash! We ended up not having enough money for hot cocoa and food items after paying for other things, and they don't take cards.
